Hey everyone! New guy here.. CCCullen has been helping me A LOT! I have been doing a lot of reading, waiting for my acount to get approved and I have learned a lot. I have ordered 2 12" L7's 4 ohm and a Hifonics BXI 1606DAmplifier 1 Ch 1600W. They are scheduled to come in tomorrow. My next problem is mounting these bad boys in my mustang. Small trunk. I wanted to face them toward the inside of the car and do a rear seat delete so the subs are exposed to the inside of the car instead of being in the trunk. Kind of like in this picture... http://memimage.cardomain.net/member_images/8/web/2420000-2420999/2420341_41.jpg But mine wont look so ****ty. What do you think. I will kind of have a space issue but am interested in doing a vented box. Azn.. I hear your the go to guy for that.
I think that's an error in the specs, i'm pretty sure that amp has 4 gauge connections for power. You can shave it down to fit, that's what i'm going to do for mine.
Ferrari should upgrade if he's just going to use the factory system for his seps. the bass from that system is going to overpower the music coming from the factory system. don't you think?
It will be nice, i don't think i'll amp my front 6x9s other than being powered by the deck. The factory tweeters are plenty loud and the 6x9s are pumping, don't think i could stand it being amplified more. Well the tweeters anyways. He can always amp it more later if he needs to.
oh ok, should be ok then. never know though. Once you have all the bass you may want to upgrade it. lol... car audio is a money pit, but it's a lotta fun!
yea i think i m going to go with the 2 L7s and the hifonics 1600 mono amp and the knukonceptz 0 gauge amp kit w/100amp fuse
thanks thats what i think too the other thing im thinking about is getting some new rims like 19"s or 20"s ill post a pic a little later of the ones im looking at
