adrian just drill two holes in your box you are using now, a little less than 4 inches round each, then go to home depot and buy 4 inch pvc pipe, enough for two pieces 9.67 inches long each then stick them in the holes you put in your box and glue them or silicone. I made my box i posted the same cubic feet as yours, so it's right for your box.
