Pedro, i didnt really put the port on the drivers side for spl reasons, i like it better over there, but if it helps out with spl, great. Which tuning from 40 to 33Hz, i will lose some dbs.

box looks great! Very clean job you did there, bracing is very good. I hope is sounds as good as it looks. Let us know as soon as you get it all hooked up.

You will lose some SPL by tuning lower. Also it will not "hit" lower. Size tends to have more of an effect on how "low" it hits than tuning. I have seen this too many times. This is a general rule that is correct most of the time, but it is not set in stone.

    So keep us posted.

Well i hooked them up. All i can say is WOW. It hits really good lows. The song Soul Survivor really hits good. To me, its just as loud if not louder than with port in the middle tuned to 40Hz. Im guessing the rattling was my box because it has stopped now but my speakers do smell kinda bad. It will blow a girls hair around if she puts her head inside my window and this is not with the wall completely walled off. Ill prolly put the panels back on tomorrow and ill post pics.

Ill get pics tomorrow and hopefully a vid or 2. My truck doesnt flex that much so it wont be too much of a vid but ill try and make a good one. If my girl is with me, ill take a vid of her hair blowing around. :)

I'm thinking it will do the hair trick. Ha. But remember I only have 1 nine.1 and it bangs hard

i was i could do the hairtrick with my nine.1 but having a huge SUV and the subs all the way in the rear so there is no way i could do that. lol

Well my speakers are starting to smell really bad. HA I no this is not good. So here shortly i believe it will be time for some new subs. How would two fi q 15s with a ED nine.1 on each one sound in my wall?

just make sure that the Fi's will perform well in the box you make. i know you don't want to have to make another box again...

well IMO you'll be better with an ssd if you are only going to use 1 nine.1 ...the ssds pound hard and they can handle bout 1000wrms no problem each aaanndd they are cheaper haha

Well if I remember correctly, I think the Qs come dual 2 ohm so therefore I was gona get another ED nine.1 and have one goin 2 each speaker so that would b like 1200 to each
