I'll go get it in a month or so, have to get my stuff together, pay some tickets off, by then it will be ready to go with whatever work it needs and the safety.
Pulled out my sub box from the volvo today, the stereos coming out!! wohooooooo, going to start taking parts off of the volvo too, the grill, headlights, etc and try to sell them on ebay. I might as well i'm just going to scrap it anyways. I still have that high output alternator from my taurus too, if anyone here needs one it fits ford taurus, mercury sable, 1996-1999 and some others like ford astro van i think is one. It's a 130 amp alternator, the car originally came with a 70 amp alternator OEM. The alternator was close to $300 when i bought it about 2-3 years ago.

put it all up on ebay electro and make some $$$$$$$$$$$ off it them. piece out as much as the volvo as you can. you may want to join a volvo forum and so some posts there. I'm sure there would be a lot of takers for the parts.

Sup peeps, well so far new front and back brakes, a ball joint, wheel bearing and now a head gasket was leaking so two new head gaskets and there is a ticking noise when the engine is cold, but goes away after a couple minutes, it just started doing this. The pistons look in great shape, they found a problem with the manifold so hopefully that's where the ticking was coming from. I don't like these kinds of sounds, most of the time it turns out worse than smelling burning speaker coils in your car haha. Keeping fingers crossed
