lol...you just have to sand the duraglass to the rough shape before it cures all the way...you can use a regular sander or by hand....just takes longer by hand
Ok, Thanks!, but if it fully cures before i sand it, i will still be able to sand it with a sander? Because i'm going to have to leave this thing outside and may not get to it in time.
I should get a big one and put it on the hood of my car lol. I've been watching this for awhile, 105 amp at idle 200 amp peak, brand new. Shipping is a little high but still a good price. Otherwise i'm looking $400-$500 Enough power for my orion? TAURUS HIGH AMP OUTPUT ALTERNATOR 94 95 96 97 98 99 - (eBay.ca item 370013662797 end time 12-Feb-08 16:43:35 EST)
ok, yes i will try and get it, seems too cheap to me but we will see, he has a ton of them for all cars and trucks. This stuff kicks ass wohooooo, bondo hair. Now..... ThIs Is GoInG TO bE SwEeT
well, i didn't say i was any good at fiberglassing lol. I'll get there though...Supposed to be +5 degrees tomorrow so better than today. It's hard to work with it in the freezing cold. I think i'll grab some 60 grit paper too, this 80 grit takes too long...
lol thanks! This bondo hair is really nice stuff, it goes on thick. Not as toxic as the regular bondo either and hardens much faster. There was a nice little 3 inch disc grinder at the store i went to today, it was on sale for $40.00, 11000 rpm one speed. I might grab it tomorrow for the rough stuff.
