    well i decided to go with a hatch style sealed box. I did some measuring and there isn't enough room for a ported box. each chamber has 1.4cuft and the specs call for 1.5, so with my space issue and lack of box building options i will use this for the initial install and maybe have something custom made down the road.

    once again i changed my mind! I went to the local car audio shop and they are going to build me a custom hatch style box with the mazed port design. I will be doing the install next sat. I'm already getting pieces and parts in . . .SOOO excited!!!

    that "mazed" port design is just a regular ported box...nothing special.

    Cept that they have to bend the port cuz it is too long to fit along one wall

    ahhh that makes sence . . . its a clever way of extending the port . . . hmmm didn't look at it that way. Well at any rate i know i will end up with a box built to spec and be alot better quality than what i was going to use

    what are the specs of the box gonna be?? Ask them every aspect...internal net space, tuning, port length, port area
