Tom had the baby Brahma (Brahma 10).

Dimensions are accurate, but make sure and leave as much room as possible behind the pole vent (at least 0.5", preferrably 1").

No advantage to buying directly from us - usually an advantage in buying from the dealer. They typically can offer better, personalized support, and often times will sell at a lower cost (we sell at MSRP plus shipping).

Killer Audio is a small shop, carries some new gear (like ours, and a few other brands) as well as some used and consignment pieces. Nice guy, orders pretty regularly from us. Typically stocks all the subs except the Maelstrom.

Many of our dealers are smaller "combo" shops that do audio and performance, or audio and wheels, etc. Large chains (more than 3-4 stores) really want to carry brands that have lots of advertising and name recognition. Smaller stores and chains like to carry those, too, but are also very open to carrying a unique/affordable high end product at a decent price and margin. Plus our minimums are pretty attractive, too...;)

    Interesting...

Perhpas I can talk my local shop into picking you guys up...Im not sure if they would go for it or not, but they were willing to pick up Sinfoni for me if I wanted to order them. Perhaps I should go back to Killer Car Audio since I do live fairly close to them now, I just walked out after about 10 min of waiting around and not one person asking me if I needed help or anything.... Plus I didn't see any Adire gear....

Also as far as upper bass frequencies go, Im not too concerned with them as the woofer will be crossedover fairly low 50 to 60 Hz if not lower because I feel the Utopias handle everything else quite nicely (plus I think they will sound better once I get a sub and an EQ).

As for the Focal subs Ive heard good things about them but never heard them myself. I hear people win comps with them using them as the subs and I would think they would have to go down to at least 20 Hz to win an SQ comp, or maybe Im just wrong. However, I looked on Focals site and read they are only rated down to about 45Hz which is why I haven't bought them yet.

I looking to get my install complete in the next few weeks so pending on measurements and what not I may go with the Brahma. However as much as I hate to admit it the e8a may be an option for me, but I have to hear my brother in laws first.

Dan, are there any plans for a Brahma 8 in the near future? If so I may hold out for that one....and possily be the first buyer ;) or maybe even test a prototype ;)
