i'll just hold off on it for now and see how it sounds. I spent way too much already.

the guy wants about $60 for it here. I still don't know how the condition is though. I can just put that in the back of my expy right?

well if it looks good then i'll stick in the false floor along with the amps. I won't mount it near the HU though.

I meeting up with the guy tomorrow, I sure hope it looks good. If it does then i'll just buy it. I need more than 2.5V and this seems to be a good deal.

it will let you fine tune your music better. unless you dont have room in the dash.

how about in the center console?ive seen them put there before

My Expedition doesn't have a center console. It's just the 4x2 model, it just has an armrest that you can fold.

Would i have to keep on making adjustments with that or just make one adjustment and leave it alone. If i can just do a one adjustment kinda thing then I can stick it in the false floor so the top portion can been seen.

I really don't have a place for it up front.

well it is an in dash unit for fine tuning, but if you dont have the room....then in the back is where you will have to put it.

if i had a choice i would love another in dash unit. as not all songs are recorded alike.

You do have a point there. I do have space for it cuz my expy is made for a 2 din HU and my JVC is a single din. I guess i should just put it in the dash if i get it.

It works, and the guy even said if i have any problems he'll give my money back.

He said he had no more use for it so he just wanted to get rid of it. I was glad to take it off his hands.

I saw his set up last night. forgot to take videos though. He's using
    2 12" CVX's in the trunk
    2 12" L7's in his back seat
2 crunch amps for the L7's
1 rockford amp for the CVX's
    2 extra batteries (red top)
    Focal components in the front
    JBL comps in the rear.
All of this in a little Merc 190E

For the wattage he's using, it didn't sound all that loud to me but he seemed very happy with it.

They had no idea what Elemental Designs is. When i told them, they just gave me a blank look...
