    probably some silicone, something to hold the speaker tight where i cant use screws.

    plywood isn't that heavy...I can lift this box outta my truck and put it back in by myself...this is heavy

    just got the carpet...i just need the glue...(i didn't have the money to buy it at that time)...i was thinking to seal the speaker with some aluminum flashband made to seal roofs and it sticks really good to any material.ill use that and then carpet it

    42 inches wide
    22 inches deep
    and 16.5 inches tall

    try putting another peice of wood on top of your holes then cut the hole smaller.it will stiffen the box better.

    after some time you'll blow out that silcone you were talking about useing.

    oh yeah.....it's been broughten.lol.

    sorry i'm going on 9 hours of sleep in 3 days.have to work an extra day tommorow.

    i'm not used to a 4 day week.lol.i'm up to 38hrs in 3 days!!!
