Yes you can, this time I used a Computer Algebra System

The port needs to be about 6-inched long. Because at tuning frequency the port makes almost all the sound so I would not go any smaller than 20.5 x 2

I normally do not recommend using plywood, however, if its braced properly it will work. Do use internal bracing.

Also 6.5-inches long is plenty long enough. Look at the Kicker CVR12 post for where to put the braces. Also add a couple more. On brace behind each woofer 20.5 x 5 or 6 inches should be placed about 2 or 3 inches behind each woofer. Plywood flexes more than MDF does.

Plywood will work as long as its braced. Also those look like my first holes only rounder.

does the rubber circle around the sub work as a gasket or do i need another?

The rubber around the sub will work. If you carpet the box it will also provide an additional seal. Look back at the pic I posted, you will see that I folded the carpet into each hole.

tomorow im gonna start the ports...20.5x2x7...i think im gonna put the top part last cause it ill be easier to put silicone on the port area and on the baffle board but the problem is gonna be the to calk the top part

btw should i put the braces the same way as the cvr12 box??

Yes and consider adding 2 more. Because plywood will flex more than we would like, add two more braces. I would place one behind each woofer, parallel to the baffle board, about 2 or 3 inches behind the woofer.

Other than that your on a roll.

Look I'm really old and its past my bed time. I'll be back Tuesday, Star Trek on SciFi tomorrow, I never miss it.
