so replace the fuse lol...only a buck or two

My voltage is normally right at 13.8 or 14.3 volts on a good day

get some eDead...cheaper and you get more of it...best bang for the buck

only if the box is too small for the subs.

something like....it fools it into thinking it's in a larger box if its in a smaller box.thats how it was explained to me.

a box of correct size will not need it.

I didnt have a chance to read through all the pages, but I'm glad someone reads what I wrote. He is right, a 99- micro farad non polar cap will work great. Any audio shop should carry them. PAC, Stinger are just a few companies that make them.

No, someone is smoking way tooo much crack cocaine. While it is possible to explode a cap, it does require alot of power.

One other thing, caps should be mounted as close to the speaker as possible.

or reversing the polarities, if there's enough dc voltage there to do it lol.

Except that we are using a non-polar and its inline. Exploding it is just not gonna happen.

YESSS lol i can put the bass on the HU on 0 now lol i tested it w/ the bass boost and all and you can hear the bass if you put the bass on the HU on 5 so it works great. ill buy the edead this weekend probably and i think im going to do the big 3...but ill have to check because i think the van has 4 gauge already and 0 gauege costs too much

even if you just do the batt to alt wire.it's a start.i dont belive it should cost alot.

i did mine with left over wire's.
