Opinions on the IDMAX

    It will be getting about 800W.

    So a bigger sealed box will have an advantage in low end over a smaller sealed box? Hmm.......

    if you are lacking power, definatly go as big as you can
    increase efficiency, and you dont have to worry as much about EQing the low end(requires more power...)

    if you have a decent EQ and enough power, box size is 100% irrelevant, you can change transient response(freq response)
    but if you dont have those options, go as big as you can :)



    i would even consider doing the idmax IB off that power..... but i dont think a civic is gonna work in IB putting it on the rear deck....

    Im back!

    Sorry I was at the beach for a few days and then my internet died on me so here I am using a library computer :lol:

    Anyways, I got the box, a 1.5 cu ft. I havent talked to Mike yet but I have sent him the money for the sub so hopefully It comes soon..... :D
