    Yes they can sue him and they can prevent him from selling the product in the future by not distributing it to him but any of these other shananagans you r talking is bs he can sell his inventory any way he wants maybe he couldn't sell his inventory and they won't buy it back so he said screw american bass let them sue just because you bought it for more doesn't mean he has to sell it for what you want I'm taking the same risk purchasing it from you I have no warranty and no garantees

    hmmm askin 80 for it but sold it for 90????? you ask someone for 80 but they offer 90? i dont get that..
