    oh man i did everything! lol..its strange because like, i can throw in the thriller cd, RIP Michael, and it sounds great, hip hop slams, but if i put in classic rock, like boston or foreigner, journey, it tends to pick up more of the bass guitar and not as much on the drums, and when there is a quick bass riff, it just sounds like thunder. its strange.

    do you have the bass boost on? if so turn it off.

    hmmm, what's your low pass filter set at? also what pedro said, if your bass boost is on then turn it off.

    its off, and i have it at about 80 hz. its ridiculous! haha..never had this problem before, but i blame it on kicker! lol

    maybe the box is too big? big sealed boxes tend to be boomy i think.

    if anything its too small! they are each in a .72 cubic foot chamber..iono..they are starting to loosen up and get a lil more responsive! i jammed em today on the way to our first game in a mens softball tournament..i got compliments, but i don't take them well if I don't think its worth complimenting. Ppl just hear it hittin and think it sounds good. Im just too picky for all that i guess! lol..all well..
