Compared to my 19Ov.2 in its 2.5 cu ft sealed box

The 12W6 in the ABC box is only down a few db's it sounds like...it keeps up with it though...the lows are a lil louder though. Sounds really smooth though...sounds really good though haha

Psycho how is your box doing??

i dont know if there are any advantages to it but the reason people do it is cuz the port length is too long

Just the length of the port.

Port is longer than the box is deep...so you bend it along the back walll

I just got my HB Project Pack from Pete a couple days ago...includes a Crossfire 8 inch CF28 sub and some plans for a box for it. 65 bucks total.

Here are a couple pics of the sub...

    wow.makes it look itty bitty.

oh.also some guys on the floridaspl site gave me a link to a tangband 8in sub.says it comparible to an RE sub.

it's also way cheaper at 38$ compaired to 90 for the JL.

anyways i dont know what i want now....go smaller to get some space back or say screw it and go bigger.

in the right box.really good.i used to have them in a custom truck box in my 87 gmc pick up.on 45 watts each and they were awsome.(standard cab)

in my new truck i got a ****ty prefab and they sounded awful.

    would you be interested?

i still have the original boxes too.
