That's sweet man! I have been wanting to do something like that to my buggy/ go-kart but I take it mudding alot and it would be hard to find a spot to mount everything.

Looks great man. All ya gotta do now is maybe put some vinyl over the wood. Prolly take you literally 10 minutes to do. :) It's cheap and it'll look perdy.

Yup, Vinyl is in the plans. However, for right now i may just spray paint it black.
Im really too excited about how well it turned out and am not too worried about how good it looks right now.

Yeah its nice as **** for a utility cart/pit vehicle.

I managed to slip a Tupperware container over the cd player which is effing perfect for protection.
Im using mudflaps for semi trucks/trailers to keep any water spray from the tires and any flying rocks off the tires from hitting the speakers.

    Its shaping up real nice.
I had to make a 30 min 1 way trip into town to take my dog to the er, while i was waiting on him i went to home depot and got some hardware to attach the rubber mud flaps to the cart.

Ended up leaving with 2 halogen lamps for my race car trailer, a new air hose for the air compressor in my trailer as well as a 10 pack of T5 fluorescent bulbs and 3 new 48" shop lights for my garage.

I'll be finishing the install tomorrow besides paint.
I'll get some pictures up of the Tupperware and the mudflaps.

you know i bet a small 6 inch bazooka tube under the seat would slam. or maybe a tactile transducer.

and i love the ipod placement.

Yeah, i did some work yesterday.

Only thing i had planned on doing was installing a toggle switch for the accessory wire.
So i drilled the hole for it on the left panel, went to insall the switch and the plywood was too thick for me to get a nut on the switch.

So i ended up having to cut another piece of wood.
So since i had to pull the drivers side panel apart, i went ahead and sprayed it.
It looked great so i then tackled the right side as well.

    Looks 100% better now!

Its time for a better amp

Im getting static and distortion at low volume levels.

I need a 2 channel amp, wanting something around 400-500 watts.
My polk audio 5 1/4" components have a max wattage of 250w's and an RMS ratting of 10-100watts.

So throw at me what you can find.
Cheaper the better for me but want something that will sound decent.

Right now im looking at a pyle marine 400w 2 channel amp.
    Open for suggestions though
