    Not bad at all...damn chevy alts.

    My Explorer's alt is getting old. I may go to some junk yards and try to find a newer Ford alt and maybe get it rewound

    your alt is a 150amp??? Damn, i think mine is only 130amp. Azn, is yours 130amp too?

    I believe so mine is only a 130 amp...but its a bit old...voltage at idle is only around 13.8 volts.

    ok fellas got the orions in and hooked up to the nine.5.

    wow.they are loud as hell.

    the camera didnt pick up the mirror vibrating as much as it was. dont forget it was outside of the truck

    well i've been driving around and the box is loud,but i like the sound of the kicker better.although its not as loud but for now it will stay until the show on the 20th.

    i am going for spl with this box.

    Does the kicker sound more clean?

    Azn, why don't you try to make a 4th order bandpass, i'm sure you studied up on it already. go for it, doesn't hurt to give it a shot.

    i would have to say it plays a little deeper than the 12's.

    they both sound good,but i would have to go with the kicker.

    maybe i should put some stuff on sound dot.so i can get another L5 10.

    go for the L7 12" they are nice 750 watts, good match for your ed lol

    one 10" plays deeper than the the 12's? wow! you should put those 12's up for sale and get another 10" then. Damn, 2 10's with your NINe.5 would pound!

    nice man, seems like most everyone forgot about orion subs....still love the amps......just forgot about the subs.....i ahve a 15" orion xtr3 and i wish i could find another because the orion is louder than one of my powerbass subs, it might just be in my head, and if it is louder its not by much....but im just a lover of all things oldschool

    i'm sure in a better tuned box the 12's can sound really really good.

    hmmm...a pro box for the 12's might do it! the shop i got my box from has one for some round 12's.
