HAHA. There is a lot more in it. Im doing all my numbers at 11.5 to 11.8 volts. Im ordering some batteries tomorrow hopefully.

 

Well im finally getting around to finishing the port and painting it. Heres some pics of the starting process of painting.

Here is the port as it sits right now. Notice all the cracks in the back corners. Im gona fiberglass the inside of this to get it slick and then paint it. More pics to come.

 

Heres the first coat of resin and some matt in the corners.

 

Pedro, i doubt it bc the only time you see them is when you open up the doors. But, i may end up doing something to cover them up to hide all the wires and stuff.

 

Well i got the screw holes and port sanded for the first time. Its now ready for the second coat of resin.

 

Well i got the second coat of resin on. Its looking better and better.

 

I got a chance to lay down a coat of bondo today. Heres a pic. I should finish layin the bondo tonite.

Well the front baffle is ready to be painted and the port is almost ready. Will be ready and the first coat of paint will go on tomorrow.
