Kicker 750.1 amp...what kind of subs/box?

nice...As soon as my gf finds her camera I'll take some pics of my monstrosity of a box. Total displacement of my box is like 7.2 cu ft

I'll try to get some vids of my roof flexing and my phone bouncing on top...and Viking just for you I'll make a vid with a bunch of pennies bouncing lol

with a 1000.1 I'd say get a couple 12 L5s...the L5s one 500 watts a piece can get louder than the L7's on 500 watts a piece...after about 800 and up watts a piece the L7 takes over just because It won't fry

Tell him that Audiobahn is horrible and that if he wants MA Audio than get the XL line of the 12's

If it were me I'd sell that box for 60-80 bucks

haha, that's a shame lol, sorry couldn't resist, better you than me, i was planning to go higher than wider too, so i probably would have had the same problem. You could take it apart and cut a few inches off the height then measure it and put the specs back in winisd, then you would just have to change the length of the port. If winisd won't allow you to do that, i can do it in bassbox pro for you.

 

Just run the entire box through a table saw with a carbide blade....take off about 2 inches...glue the top back on and rock.......Ya, you will like it!!!!

 

I'd say take off two inches off the top AND bottom so it wouldn't look odd

well my roof doesn't really flex that much...my whole truck is pretty sturdy.

The roof flexes enough to make a bottle of water jump a lil...I'll take some more tomorrow.

This sub after some hard testing startes to get smelly though...only rated at 600 watts rms. weak bastard

 

your nine.1 is doing that on purpose to your sub cuz it wants you to get the 19Ov.2.lol
