I would just get two more of the ones you have now...you aren't pushing a lot of power. plus with 4 15s you'll have twice the cone area...that is a HUGE advantage.
as long as you build a good enclosure your gonna be in good shape plus like AZN said your gonna have double the cone area
ok...well today i was now told that these perform better in "tubes" and what can u guys tell me bout dbdrive amps? are they good??
haha...thats gay and sounds like a load of bullsh!t those amps are overrated and power hogs..they'll work just overrated
lol i never heard of subs working better in tubes who in the h3ll told u that lol never heard of those amps before
well that guy sells lot of audiopipes so he knows bout em so i dont know...and what about planet audio amps???
subs are subs...just because he knows a lot about audiopipe doesn't mean that they work "better" in tubes...haha i would have laughed in his face Planet Audio amps are good...Ranger used to have four of them in his competition van...stout amps
you know those ehqs 12's...I burped one of them with 3000 watts for a few seconds and it was fine...was a 60Hz tone though. Thermally it was fine...i ripped the tinsel leads off of the terminal board though lol I'm sure 4 of those 15s could take on 3000 watts for 2 seconds...the coils shouldn't burn in 2 seconds if they are decent quality
what can u guys tell me bout this amp?? cuz i dont understand what it says.... Stetsom SPL 3150 Channels - 2 Potency PMPO - 3150W RMS Power STEREO 2 Ohms - 2 x 145W STEREO 4 Ohms - 2 x 100W BRIDGE 2 Ohms - 1 x 210W BRIDGE 4 Ohms - 1 x 150W Consumption - 300mA to 40A (max) Input Tension - 13,8V Frequency Response - 20Hz to 30Hz Input Impedance - 50 Ohms Minimal Output Impedance - 2 Ohms Dimensions - 6 x 21 x 26,5 cm Weight - 2,91 Kg
stetsom makes some nice amps...Alan Dant just set a new db record of 180.5 db with stetsom amps i believe. That amp is not a high power amp though...rated for only 210 watts rms
