Should I even put one down the middle where the port splits? Like this?

looks like roughly 1 cu ft per chamber there

the peices im talking about are alot smaller than that, they will sit all the way in the corner with no space behind them. there like trim pieces or something. basically triangular but solid. but yeah you got the idea. they will help with port noise as well. there providing no "support" though-

are those 45s correct?? doesn't look like they are 2" from the inside corner to the middle of the 45 either

Well, it's 1in. from the corners right now and if I go 2 there will be barely any room for air flow... you know what I mean?

I mean from the sharp edge of the inside port corner to where the 45 is should be the same width as the port

if you look in the Google Sketchup Thread you can see how to make them the correct size if they aren't...I'm just guessing from the looks of it.

Ah I see what you mean. No, I actually didn't do that. Thanks for the tip. I have most of the basic box built. I wait for the glue and silicone to dry most of the time just to be on the safe side. I am starting to realize that building this t-line (I think it's t-line even tho idk what that means) ported box is a lot harder and a lot more complicated than a sealed enclosure. It's really hard the get the measurements exactly right. Sometimes I'm off by a whole 1/8"! It's really exciting to build though. I hope it turns out okay. Thanks to everyone who helped me along the way.

Also, somebody said that home depot sells like little corner pieces that would be perfect for what I'm doing. Are those made of mdf?

means the enclosure design is off and each subwoofer is going to be in 1 cu ft...too small for ported

Now you tell me? It's nearly finished! :( What are some ways I can modify it to make it not a total disaster?

well you kind of just stated a fact like it was no big deal so I guess I just didn't really pay attention to it plus I have no idea what that means. As of now, I have everything except the last port length in there. So it's basically just a T shape without that third peice making it the full length. You know what I mean? And the top is off. Idk what to do now. What do you recommend?

Can someone explain to me the whole 1 cubic foot chamber thing? I want to learn from mistakes so I don't make them again.

your box only has 1 cubic foot of air space before the ports begin. Meaning you have 2 cubes of box and another 1.5 for port. simple as that.

you need more net volume...net volume is after all displacements.

a ported box too small sounds like a small sealed enclosure
