    About 18-19 volts....under a moderate load......higher with greater load demands...lower with less demand.....

    COuld be several things, a fuse holder in the harness that is stressed causing the fuse ot lose connection, could be a problem with the vehicles...

    Different methods of calculations are used by different programs. Many are accurate and many or very "generic"... On websites, i couldnt tell...
