    alpine 500?

    anyone got a alpine mrp-m500 amp? ive got one on a new punch p2 10" 300 rms. ive got it wired to 2 ohms so it is getting 500 from the amp. anyone...

    treo sub woofers,where do they stand?

    got a model number? that lightning audio is probally 750 peak mayrbe around 250 rms im guessing.

    what excatly is a voice coil?

    just curious, ive ripped many a blown subs apart to look at the innerds, just curious about what the voicecoil is? is the the copper round thing?...

    all i know is i had 2 powerbass 12''s in a ported box rated at 300rms a piece had em wired to 1ohm and i blew them:eek:

    Where can i get old amp specs?

    i can tell you this much--- A300L 2 Channel Amp with 300rms 2ohms thats what i found on the net, but if it were me id get a different amp other...

    lol well i had my subs wired into a 1ohm load, just rewired it so they will get 300 rms from the amp.
