just wondering if you know the box requirements of the PB subs that you want to get?

I'm sure you'll be able to get 4 in there, prolly take up most of your trunk space though.

Sealed Box Volume 1.20 - 2.60 cubic feet
Ported Box Volume 2.50 cubic feet

Those PB 12's only need 1.5 cu ft ported. So the box will fit. The only way I would fire the port through the rear deck is if you semi wall it.

so, what does that mean, use the trunk, and close off 6 cubes of it?

say you build a box like this with 4 12's. stiffen the rear deck and you can have the bass come in thru there.[IMG]

this guy had his 18's firing thru his rear deck, and it pounded. dont have a pic of the deck tho

so i could make a prted box like that bandpass one minus the sealed chamber and seal the rear deck and use a vertical piece of would as the face of the box and another connecting the face to the deck, insert the ports through the deck and use the floor and walls of the trunk as the other sides of the enclosure... right?

hmm....i got my PB-B156DV.2 from him, i paid 60.00 shipped for the pair, they were loud as fuq, almost as loud as my rhinos

they were shipped same day, and customer service is awesome, i guess its like wal-mart.....they got good stuff...then they have garbage, just gotta watch what you buy

I got two 10in Cerwin vega V-max subs in a small sealed prefab that is like almost 1cuft per chamber and they are running off of one of these... MB Quart RAA4200 at 4ohm bridged... and they hit pretty well. once I get some money to make a ported box I will make a vid or something to show you what they can do.

so, what would u compare them to?

well they need a bigger box... and they are in mercedes benz where the trunk is completely sealed off from the cabin... and they hit as hard as my other brothers kicker cvr 12's did... they are built quite beefy. so I can say comparable or better than cvr's but I dont know if they are L5 or cvx worthy. if I can design a box where the port can go through rear deck I would be able to tell you how good they are. they handle the 400 watts a piece like nothing.
