    what would the orion do for RMS at 1 ohm?

    Hifonics is NOT better than the Orion but the Hifonics amp can run at 1ohm all day long. That's what electro needs. His orion was a beast but it can only run at 1ohm for short periods for competition purposes only.

    Where do you plan to ground the amp? Remember you gotta keep that ground wire very short.

    This Hifonics 2200D is an orion Killer!!!!! Makes the orion look like a pyramid haha. Hopefully...Way more power and class D design and 1 ohm stable. The Cerwin Vega is going to be jumping!! For daily use the orion is only good at 2 ohms which is about 1000 watts.

    I'm sure you'll be happy with that Hifonics amp. So, when you getting it???

    I'm still waiting for all my sh!t. Damn, it's taking too loooooooooong...

    Hurry up.... Redo your wiring, so when you get your amp in you can hook it up right away. lol

    Ya, i gotta hustle up some more cash. I have some 1/0 guage left will use it up for sure where i can before the amp arrives!!

    big 3, still need more 1/0 gauge but at least the front is mostly done, need wire loom too and heatshrink would be nice lol.

    not yet, it's on it's way though, hopefully by friday. I hope it doesn't pull more than 100 amps, i'll be popping fuses. It has 2 gauge power connectors.

    dude i forget,but what did you get again?

    also if it's you....then 100 amp fuse wont do at all.lol.

    i have a 150 front and back as per ED's recomendation.
