Hey all, Pretty new to this area so I am rather grey. I have seen a unit that I really like but I can't seem to find out enough on this model. It is the Zenec Ze-Nc2010 which has Sat Nav and DVD player. However, I think the makers are based in Germany, are they are good? Will it fit into my Golf GTi 2004? Is the sat nav and maps accurate? Does it cost extra to update?<_< So far, I have seen this for £900 (or near about it, £10 or £20 difference doesn't count!) Anyone out there already got one or thinking of getting one? Also, I have seen it on Car Audio Centre, supposedly a retailer but are they online only or have they really got shops? Should I get them to fit it in for me if they did that service or go to my local garage? Any help, advice, anything would be appreciated, thanks! D.
There is no info because its probably second rate garbage. I looks like a really cheap Pioneer. So buy Pioneer, you can find info, get a warranty and have a reliable product.
zenec is not a cheap pioneer! Hi just a quick reply the zenec 2010 is a direct replacement for the orginal unit thats already in there if its the rounded edged head unit you have in there then yes it will work fine (the same unit as in a 2009 passat cc). the navi mapping thats on the 2010 is the e.GO software which has full european mapping and is accurate. also on the bluetooth side of things it has a parrot module which in essance you will have a parrot kit built in, the illuminaton matches the vehicle you could visit youtube to see demos of the unit insallation you could probably do yourself as theres no need for anything else like harnesses fascia etc etc it will probably take an installer around and hour to install. halfords also have advertised on their webpage basically i work for a company that have the uk distribution on the whole zenec brand and car audio center are a reputable company! if theres any other questions on the unit just give me a shout!
I'm a Texan, I don't believe it unless I see it. Looks like trash, its trash. Called a lot of reputable car audio dealers in the area and none of them heard of your brand, so as far as I'm concerned its Garbage.
