wireing help...please

    i have 2 dual 4ohm subs and a rockford fogate 4004 thats a four channel amp i want to bridge it to 2 and use it for my subs how would i wire it?

    Um...your only option is to wire each coil to a channel...or wire a couple in series and then bridge a couple channels

    It depends on the stability of the amp.. is it 2 ohm stable when bridged? 1ohm?

    is it 4/3/2 , or 4/2/1?

    does that mean that i cant bridge both channels and run one to one sub and one to the other... sorry if i sound stupid im new to this. o ya and its 4/3/2 i believe

    Yes...wire a sub bridged and then wire another sub bridged.

    Haute, how many 2 and 4 channel amps these days do you know of that are stable down to 1 ohm??? Not many...mostly old school orions man lol
