I am going to be getting a Pheonix Gold Octane R15.0:1 Amp. I want to know what the best bang for my buck will be with this amp. I would like to go with 2 10" subs. I dont want to spend an arm and a leg. I am actually purchising everything in "steps". 1st Head Unt, 2nd Speakers, 3rd Amp, 4th Custom trunk install/enclosures. I am wanting to spend no more then $300 for a pair of speakers, if thats possible. I was going to get 2 PG 10's (800 watts each) but they are no longer available. This will be going into a 1998 Saturn SL2, will be driven all the time, and is not going to be for competition. I have not purchased the amp yet. I figured, $200 for 1500 watts is a pretty good deal, especially since its Pheonix Gold. I have one of their older amps, a 400 watt, that i need to take to the shop to get worked on, so i know what type of power they put out If you think there is a better deal/setup, feel free to let me know, as i have not purched anything but a head unit. At this point i am open for suggestions, lol. Thanks. Blade
Well, i asked this same question on another site, and got a responce that looked pretty decent. Ill be getting 2 TC-10's to go with that amp. Link to specs and pics Blade
