if that amp is going to push 600 plus watts.you may want to look into a sub with a bit more power handleing.

or find a 4 ohm sub with an rms of around 400 or so.also what about a box for said woofer?

I can vouch for the w3v3. that'll sound good. I don't know about the other ones. theres no good reason to get a version 2. the v3's use the same tech as the w7's.

the criticism you hear about the company is from years ago...they are up and good now.

I am buying there 19Ov.2 this week and already have a Nine.1 amp from them.

How many other companies do you see out there with a 5 YEAR WARRANTY!!!

that ED sub will take that amp fine

I had kappas.. I loved them, They don't hit the hardest, but they sound the cleanest. I love them with all sorts of music.

thats what i was looking for with my range of music, rap to metal, hopefully it works out

someone said that 2 ohm subs will get more out of the amp by using the amp's 2 ohm output power, but i the kappa is dual 4 ohms. i read this somewhere: "Both voice coils wired in parallel. This is the ideal load for many subwoofer mono amplifiers. In the case of a dual 4 ohm subwoofer, this would produce a 2 ohm load." does that mean that i will be getting that 2 ohm added power from the amp?
