I'm just wondering what amp shouldI get for this sub? Would this or this work possibly? If not, could someone please help me? Been a few years since I've done my car stereo so I could use advice. Thanks.
for sure go with the crunch, it is the bottom line for this company but way better than the swap meet boss audio junk
Alright, thanks man. I probably won't get that either one of those exact amps, but I wanted to make sure that I got the right watt @ ohms. So I should be looking for around 1000w at 2ohm, right? Something like this be better? On a little bit of a budget or I would get a really nice amp...
well you can get either, that sub is dual 2 ohm coil so you can run 1 coil off the sony or wire both coils to 1 ohm on the crunch amp, just be aware that running 1 ohm will put more strain on your cars charging system. Are you just getting 1 sub?
Well either of those amps will be fine, if I had to choose id buy the crunch, they make quite a bit of power.
