Well I have been thinking about getting a 300W 4 channel amp just for my car speakers. Is this really worth it? How much louder will my system sound with them? Currently, I can go to about 22 on volume before I can hear distortion in the sound, but other then that everything seems good. Any help is appreciated. But here is the two I was looking at because of my budget, and what my local store carries. Thanks again.

Both are good amps, so its up to you. Your using a Punch amp on your subs, so for cosmetic reasons stay with Punch. If room is a problem, I believe the Alpine is smaller. It will fit into places the Fosgate won't.

    Still your choice.

    I didn't help much, did I?

No, that is what I was looking for! My sub amp is under my drivers seat so you can't see it at all. I was thinking of probably getting the Alpine for the speakers since it would fit under my passenger seat and it would also be the same brand as the speakers.

adding an amp should help you get a lil more output with less distortion as long as the gains are set correctly.

    that sounds right doesnt it??
