    Hey pedro,

I might be interested in trying to find some old school PG amps. What series of amps from back in the day should I be looking for??

i once read an artical on an M25 2ch amp. its the smallest of the M class amps. its rated at 25 x2 at 12v and was doing at least double that or more!
    http://phoenixphorum.com/m25-m50-vt2798.html

    i can tell you my M44 with only 40 watts x4 @ 12v and 55 x4 @ 13.8. sounded every bit as loud and clean as my NINE.5's 100X4 rating @ 12.5v.

i wonder if i can have these "tuned" like they said in that thread. just to ensure more life out of them. i mean these are over 15~18 years old you know.

oh yeah one more thing. their ad back in the day had both speaker leads wired together with a nail going thru them an said" SO TUFF THEY'LL DRIVE NAILS" meaning you can run them at even lower loads and they will still work. i.e 1/4 ohm loads, as long as you could feed them the power and cool them off.
