Hey guys, its been a long time since I've posted here but i haven't forgotten it.

Ok, heres my problem, i just bought an 05 dodge ram quad cab, today i got a system installed including 2 infinity kappa series 6 x 9's. 2 eclipse 5 1/4s. and 2 kicker cvt 12' subs. along with the performance technique 4 way amp for my highs, and a power series jbl 2 way for my subs. (please bare with the quality of some of my setup, most of it i had laying around and didnt want to spend a lot of $$ on a my truck.) I dont know much about stereos but shouldnt i have a whole hell of a lot of bass???? there is almost no base at all. I checked all of my fuses, the cap is running okay, everything seems to tuned correctly on my Pioneer 9800. Could it be because the box is to small with the 12's in it? Should i switch to some 10' kickers? anyone run into this???

    thanks for any help

Just wondering if you have any pics of the sub box? Are you sure that the subs are ok and nothing is wrong with them?

check the amp gain, and the lpf and all that stuff on the amp...also check the impedance of the speaker w/ a DMM to check if they are ok...

is it possible that one is wired out of phase with the other.
that would cause a loss in bass output.

you would just have to swap the wires on one sub
