What to use for a Honda Indash TV trim

    My friend has a Honda that he put a Indash TV in and he said he couldnt find any place that had a trim piece to go around it. I told him I could make something for him but once I seen it I knew id have to do a little research. My initial reaction was to make something out of 1/8" acrylic. The hard part would be making the straight areas that get thin. I'd like to get some more input before i start. Thanks, I have some pics
