    Hey guys.

Alot of you probably have talked to me over at CAF, but this place to keep on topic with technical threads much better.

I have a question that probably is for the speaker builders around here. (Dan?)

I've been magnetically modelling speaker motors and I'm not sure what the "standard" materials are for them. By materials, I mean what grade of steel for the T-yokes and top plates, and what grade of ceramic magnets.

    Some preset options are:

    M-19 Steel
    M-27 Steel
    M-36 Steel
    M-45 Steel

    1006 Steel
    1010 Steel
    1018 Steel
    1020 Steel
    1117 Steel

    and

    Ceramic 5
    Ceramic 8

What would be the best to get the most accurate results?

    Thanks a bunch!
