im gonna have 4 6x9s and 2 12in subs in the back of my jeep and i wanted to know what sub or subs i need...the 6x9s are xplods rated 300w max and the subs im gonna get are gonna be either 1000w or 1600w. also im gonna bridge 2 6x9s to each channel on the amp...i wanted to know if i needed two separate amps or if i could just use a 4 channel. thanks
You could use a 4 channel but they dont make much power, more subwoofers are blown because they are underpowered than overpowered. Look for a sub amplifier.
