what voltage was that at? amp or battery? was it with no music or where you pounding that Kicker?

no.just a voltage meter at the 12v plug in the dash.

probably not very accurate.i was bored.lol

12.8 isn't bad...dash reading isn't that accurate though

taking them at the amp is more accurate

You must have been pumping lol, mine did the exact same thing even with the second battery, i have mine wired directly to the front battery.

i plan on dicecting my cap to use its voltage meter.just not sure on where to mount it.
