Could I use 2 amps on the same pre-out without affecting performance? The 2amps would use the sub pre-out. Thanks.
yes you can, but they would be splitting the voltage so you have to set the gains a lil higher than if it was going to just one amp. i have my nine.5's front 4 channels hooked up like that for my mids/highs up front, but i also have a line driver in the eq im using(7v out) so each pair is getting upwards of 3.5v instead of splitting 5v from the head.

Are you sure it will split the voltage up? I thought voltage would stay the same, but the current will be different.
You are right, voltage remains the same in a parallel circuit and current divides in half (assuming resistances are the same).
