Upgrading...hopefully the last for a while

    Ok...I sold my 19Ov.2 and one of those amps I bought for 1 cent.

    that gives me 390 extra bucks.

    I still have to get paid for working during the summer with my dad...that'll bring in some dough.

    So the plan is to get the things listed

    - Two 16Ov.2 Dual 4 ohm subwoofers

    - Elemental Designs Nine.4 amplifier

    - Elemental Designs eDi 6000s v.2 components

    - 60 sq ft of Elemental Designs eDead

    then I will be set hopefully until my next car.

    I may get another 19Ov.2 after christmas just to have cuz I still wanna build that dual purpose box for it.

    But as for the two 16Ov.2s, they will go in a crx style 7 cu ft box tuned to 35Hz with 100 sq in of port...trying to aim for 140s on music

    I tried your program but it didn't work well for me.

    I asked a friend and he recommended Super C...it is a free program that can convert anything to anything basically

    Hey, was up, man you love that ED eh azn lol. Radio shack has some cheap db meters but i think they only go up to 130db, i wonder is they would read more if pushed and maybe just not be as accurate.

    my buddy has one of those and we could scream into it and hit 150 lol, they're junk from what i've heard.

    they are junk...basically you can use them with your sub at low volume to get a baseline and see if you have a flat response.

    Yeah I'm really liking eD lol.

    Plans have changed...I'm keepin the 19Ov.2

    getting some components and eDead...but its 39 degrees F here so deadening is out of the question...I can live with some rattles till spring lol

    ya its cold as hell here as well, if i get my van going within the next few months i'll have to put a heater in my uncles garage haha. Couldn't you put a heater in your garage as well? I guess the retarded guy fell through on ya to eh.

    I have a big ass heater in my garage...I just need to ask my dad how to phuckin turn that bitch on...I would have to let the whole truck warm up for a couple hours though then start working lol

    ya thats the only problem. TIME... DAMN YOUUUUUUU!!! You should get some eD 6000s so I can see if I like em better than polk. ITS EITHER OR SONNN

    yeah...I was look at some polk db components..they look nice but the eD's have silk tweeters...I'm sure both sound good.

    If this money order i cash tomorrow is good i may just go ahead and order the eD components

    well my buddies dad has a set of momo MMC6500s and dear god I am in love, my home speakers are polks with silk dome and they sound nearly identical.

    yea im glad my buyer didnt back out but the one who was suppose to buy my RF P3 did though so i still have that when i get back im getting rid of that one too and going FI
