Tweeter Placement, Help

    I currently have my JL Xr Tweets mounted in the sail panel on my car. CDT is telling me they are totally wrong and the tweets should be mounterd low (kicks) ib front of the mids? Is this correct, will my sound stage be too low?

    The XR's are very harsh for me so I went with the CDT ES-01 silk domes, just do not know where to put them?

    put them were they sound good to YOU.i have my tweets in my sail panel,and i love what it did for the sound.

    Experimentation is key!


    In the kick panels can yield some very nice sound with a nice stage....
