touch screen scratch repair

    i got about a 1 inch scratch about 3 mm wide scratch on the factory nav touch screen in my 03 STS
    anyway to fill it or fix it or something?

    Maybe a plastic polish such as the Novus brand? Not sure if it would work or not....i
