I voted no b/c you seem to be suffering in the sales department. When your sales pickup and you feel this line will be beneficial to you than feel free.

but as the old saying goes, you must spend money to make money...........

and buyer confidance is what makes or breaks the customer base I am targeting, which is stable, customer service orintated buys not the price buster buyers they always want more for less,

lol...i like the last choice :) haha jp

i would say have it...i mean i duno when i see a number on a site and give it a call and its helpful and i find out the place is legit , it kinda restores confidence in me :) and it kinda helps those customers who want to order but dont know it has exactly what they need and perhaps talking to someone can help them make the ordere.

well since I work a Full Time job as well as do the web site the chances of getting me are slim

that is why if/when I get a toll free number it will be a advanced automated system that will allow you to get a varity of information, place a order, amd leave a message to request a call back.

I'd say no. Unless you, or someone can physically talk to the customer, I don't really think its worth it. I personally would not want to call a toll free number and just go through an automated list of options...i'd much rather speak with someone.

Just get the # and then call people back if you miss their call.

sorry I will never just have a number where you can call and talk direcly to someone

    why

    the costs are too high

the more phone calls i have to physcally awnser the less time I have to d other things and procsss orders

The purpose of the automated lines which 85% of business have, is to allow the most common questions to be awnsered by the computer that why it does not cost you the business anything but the cost of the phone call,

If I can have a phone system to awnsers all the

What payment types do you accepts
How can I have the product shipped
    etc

    questions

    and then take the order

for me would that not be just good business?

Plus the phone sytem I would use is VOICE actvited meaning you dont have to press any buttons just say the menu options -- cool HUH?

see it will cost me the same to get the number and have ti transfered to my office line locally as it would to set my self up with a professional phone company and have a full voice respones system on the phone

ATT charges $10 per month and $0.07 per mintue. plus I would have the call them pack amd my Long distancce is $.05 per minute

so that is $10 plus $.12 per minute

the Phone System company I am going to offers their system for $10 per month and $.15 per minute and I get 100000000X more features, and some of them are pretty fucking cool

I voted NO, then reading your last post.... why the hell not? If its about the same price, and lends to credibility as well as customer service.... you cant lose.
