ok so with my current setup i cant manage to get enough box volume and still fit in the vehicle so i am scrapping the idea of running dual subs and just going to go with a single 12" currently i am running whats listed in my signature (mind you the sub box has an air leak)... tonight i spent a bit of time tuning the system and finally after 5k miles of moderate use of the door speakers i decided to take it on a decibal run i maxed out at 98.4 db with a clean scope and no clipping) thats with roughly 400wrms to the sub and i believe the sony amp is pushing about 35wrms @ 4 ohm with sony's rating 0.04%thd aside from the big box store brands kicker, fosgate, pioneer, memphis, sony (though i don't call them quality),and subs i cant afford to put in my truck (alpine type r), jl w13, (the trucks worth ($1000) what is available in a 550rms or up shallow mount?
