Hi all. I'm looking at putting in new speakers in my 02 blazer(4 door). I'm looking for a decent set of components or even coaxials if they are good enough.I know the placement on front doors is very low. I've been thinking of Polk db5251 around 100 bux mm5251 around 200 infinity 5030cs 150 boston acoustics sr60 200 (6.5 as it fits on the crutchfield selector) or alpine spx-13ref for 170. I'm not sure what else fits for 6.5 components. I dont drive very far in the vehicle and it doesnt have to be great , just good. I like rock and metal at relatively loud volumes. I will be using a verge 46x4 amp. I also need 6.5 for the back doors run off the same amp. Probably will get polk db651s for those. Any help or suggestions and opinions/reviews would be greatly appreciated.
any of those choices would be a good, the Infinitys are usually the most efficient (louder with less power) but your other choices are fine as well. If i had to choose id go with the Polks all the way around.
