The visonik amp turns on the speakers work, it sounds great, nice and loud, clear

The Hifonics amp turns on, No issues, but i hear no sounds whatsoever...

the amp powers on but no sound? why don't you try to hook your amp in your friends car to see if it works there?

Well, check the rca's for signal comming from the first amp, thats your starting point is your losing signal somwhere, could be in the daisy chain of the two amps. if they have signal then move to the next point of entry. work it out from there to the rca outs. also check the input voltage of the second amp, it might require higher thn what the passthrough on the first is feeding.

If the input voltage inst enough wouldn't the amp not turn on? or go into safety ,mode?

He's talking about your RCAs not your power. Your RCAs are measured in voltage. The higher the voltage the lower your gain will need to be set. if the voltage is too low then the amp won't be able to make anything of it even with a lot of gain.

Try hooking your RCAs straight up to the hifonics first.
