I'm looking for suggestions for woofers in my truck. It's a reg cab so space is limited. I have about 8" for a bottom width. I am undecided about 1 or 2 10's. I think that one would probably be enough as I am not looking for anything crazy but friends have recommended at least 2 and that they should be 12's. My other question is about shallow subs. I know some people are against them but what are your guy's thoughts? I can get a set of 8" kicker solobaric l7 for cheap and some say to go with the smaller subs rather than shallow's.
get the set of L7's if you can get em cheap, build a box that utilizes all your space back there then get a descent amp and it will hit nice. Pedro had 1 10" sub in a probox and he was happy for a long while wit it.
