Sorry but another capacitor question

    I have a problem with my audio system every time the bass hits all of the lights in my car dim including my headlights. I have been reading the posts before about caps abd I still do not know if I should get one. I seems like the general feeling is that they are useless. If i shouldn't get a cap how can i stop the lights from dimming?

    Caps are good for only one thing...anchoring a boat and holding some papers down...wait thats two
