Hi. I have an older sony xdp-766eq digital signal processor that Iwould liike to install in my 2009 ford f-150. I have an alpine pdx 5 amp in my console, feeding my type x speakers in the truck. I kept the factory deck in order to not change the apperance of my vehicle, and keep the Sync sytem. The trouble is, I am not 100% happy with the sound, and lack of sub control. I have this eq from an older sytem, and would like to integrate it into my sytem. I do not know what the wiring is for powering this unit. There is a yellow with red bands, a blue with red bands, and two black wires stranded together. these wires come out of the plastic plug that powers the unit. Can anyone tell me which wires are power, ground etc?? Also, any thoughts on my sytem would be much appreciated!

the yellow and red and blue and red are the power wires, one is constant 12v and the other is ignition. which is which im not sure but if you get the 2 wires switched around it just wont keep memory.
