Hello, New to the forum here and need of suggestions. I want to add a little bass to my car, but also want to keep as much trunk space as possible. So I want to add a little sub to my car. Maybe a 8" or 10" in a seal box or even 6". I am don't care about how loud it is, I want something that sounds good and tight. The JL 8w7 look nice, but a bit pricey. The Orion HCCA 10.4 look good also, but I am not sure how tight Orion bass is. Can someone please give me some suggestion as to what else is available? Thanks!!!
Check out dd 1508s, dc level 2 or 3 10s, and even the sundown audio sa-12. The sa-12 fits in a 1 cubic ft enclosure for sealed and around 1.5 cubic ft ported. Q power makes decent 10s also. Im running q power 15s. My buddy has q power 10s in his truck. They are fairly cheap. Around 70 a piece for 10s.

I would say look into the kicker solo classic. A 12" solo classic fits in a .88 cu ft box. or an 8" fits in .33 cu ft. I've had a twelve and it sounds really nice. Not sure on pricing a think a 10" is about $130
