First question is kind of dumb but I have a amp running a subwoofer and was wanting to know if I can tap into the remote wire running to the sub amp. I'm pretty sur that's the only way to do it but correct me if wrong. And second is can I get like an rca splliter or something so I don't have. To tear back into my dash to get to the back of my hu to run my second amp. The second amp will be running the mids and highs. Thanks.

Sure, you can tap the remote wire. An RCA splitter would be fine, too. Some amps have line out RCA connectors, so your amp may have one of those. If it does, you can just use a jumper RCA from that amp to your other amp.

So that's why there are two connector things for the rca's to go too? Hmm. That's cool. Sweet deal. Thanks

unless you used a full range out from your head unit to your sub amp, your going to send your mids and highs a low pass signal.
